Active Supplana customers who operate one or more Shopify stores. Sign-ups from non-customers will not receive messages.
What you'll receive
Inventory threshold alerts, stockout warnings, and occasional account notifications about your Supplana subscription. No marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency
Variable based on your inventory activity. Typically a few messages per week per store, capped at roughly 30 messages per month per subscriber.
Cost
Supplana does not charge for SMS. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. Reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected] to be removed.
Supported carriers
All major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
